Talk to a person

Email karo@appeningnow.com and you will usually hear back the same day, and within two working days at the latest. Little Logbook is made by a very small team, so the person who replies is the person who built the thing you are asking about.

If you can already get into your logbook, the quickest route is inside the app: Settings, then Send feedback. It reaches us straight away and we know which logbook you are writing from.

Getting in

Your family shares one PIN. We send it to you when your logbook is set up, and any phone or tablet in the house can use it, so there are no accounts to create and nothing to remember at 3am.

Lost the PIN, or someone needs it who never had it? Email us and we will get you back in. We can also change it for you if you would rather it were something else.

Reminders are not arriving

Three things have to be true, and it is nearly always the second one. Reminders must be switched on in Settingsinside the app; notifications must be allowed for Little Logbook in your phone's own Settings, under Notifications; and your phone must have had a signal at some point since you turned them on.

Reminders are on iPhone and iPad only at the moment. If you are using Little Logbook on Android, the in-app reminder list still works, but your phone will not buzz.

Your data, whenever you want it

Everything you have logged can be downloaded from Settings at any time, in a format you can actually open, and you never need to ask us for it.

You can also delete your whole logbook yourself, from the same place. That removes your live records and any photos immediately, and any backups as they expire. There is no form and no waiting on us. What we hold and why is set out in full in the privacy notice.

LittleAi

LittleAi answers questions from your own baby's records rather than from the internet. It is off until you say yes, and the first time you open it we show you exactly what it would be sent before you decide.

You can change your mind whenever you like: Settings, then the LittleAi section, lets you read that disclosure again and withdraw your consent. Withdrawing it stops anything further being sent.

Something has gone wrong

Tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can, add roughly when it happened, and which phone and which version of iOS or Android you are on. That is usually enough for us to find it without going anywhere near your family's records.

If an entry saved wrongly, please do not delete the evidence before writing to us. We can almost always fix it in place, and a screenshot helps more than a description.
